Where do I find these?
They are on your insurance card or in your Summary of Benefits and Coverage, usually a click away in your member portal. Your plan has to give it to you for free. Look for overall deductible, coinsurance or copay for outpatient services, and out-of-pocket limit. If your child is the only person on the plan using much care, use the individual numbers rather than the family ones.Your child's program Not sure yet? Leave the default.
